«Platform» refers to eduhire.kz. «Educator» refers to any individual who submits a profile or CV. «Institution» refers to any educational institution using our services. «We», «us» refers to LLP «UFP.KZ».

EduHire.kz connects institutions in Kazakhstan with qualified educators. We provide vacancy posting, subscription access to the educator database, concierge hiring, and free profile creation for educators. We act as an intermediary and do not guarantee employment or hiring outcomes.

Registration is free. By submitting your profile you confirm that all information is accurate, your CV is genuine, your profile (with the option to hide your name) may be shown to institutions, and your full profile may be shared with verified subscribing institutions. You may hide or delete your profile at any time in your dashboard or via info@eduhire.kz.

EduHire.kz offers one-off vacancy posting, a subscription with access to the educator database, and concierge hiring. Current prices are published on the pricing page of our website.

Payment is made online or by bank transfer based on an invoice from LLP «UFP.KZ». Vacancies and access are activated after payment confirmation. Prices are in KZT.

Each vacancy is moderated and published for a limited period. We may reject vacancies with discriminatory or misleading content. We promote vacancies to our database but do not guarantee a specific number of applicants. Fees are non-refundable once published.

A subscription runs for the selected term. It includes vacancy posting and access to the educator database. Non-refundable once started. No auto-renewal.

Personalised hiring service. A fee is payable when you hire a candidate sourced through our service; the specific fee is agreed in writing before the search begins. No fee if no suitable candidate is found.

We review every educator profile before publishing — checking completeness and CV readability. We do not independently verify certificates or degrees; that is the responsibility of the hiring institution.

EduHire.kz does not guarantee the accuracy of educator profiles or qualifications. Final hiring decisions and background checks are the responsibility of the hiring institution.

All content on eduhire.kz is the property of LLP «UFP.KZ». Educator CVs remain the property of the respective educators.

EduHire.kz is provided «as is». We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific outcomes. LLP «UFP.KZ» shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes are resolved through negotiation first, then the courts of Almaty.

We may update these terms. The current version is always available at eduhire.kz/terms.
