• Institution name, contact person, and vacancy details submitted by institutions
• Messages and notes submitted through our forms

• To create and maintain educator profiles on our platform
• To share educator profiles and CVs with institutions that have an active subscription
• To publish institution vacancies on our platform
• To contact you regarding your application, profile, or vacancy
• To send you relevant job opportunities or candidate matches
• To process payments and issue invoices

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

• Institutions with an active subscription — educator details are shared only after admin review
• Infrastructure and service providers (hosting, database, file storage, email delivery)
• We do not share data with advertising networks or data brokers

Your data is stored in secure cloud storage. CV files are accessible only to verified institutions via time-limited links. We apply standard security measures (encrypted transport, access control). Administrator access is protected.

Under the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Personal Data and its Protection», you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data from our platform
• Withdraw consent to data processing at any time

You can delete your profile and CV yourself in your dashboard. For other requests, contact us at info@eduhire.kz.

We use only technical cookies required for sign-in and to remember your interface language. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We retain your data for as long as your profile is active. If you request deletion, we will remove your data within 14 business days.
